After understanding a miscommunication, I re-rated my costumer experience

Love this company! They made the process from start to finish seamless. Super quick install with quality work and amazing customer service. They gave support and guidance since we had a hard time deciding which stone to go with. The owner and team were very knowledgeable. We can not say enough great things about this company, they made this portion of our renovation easy! The framing of the stove turned out beautiful and they really spent time figuring out which marbling/design went on which area of our kitchen! It looks custom! So happy with the finished product! Thank you for all the help, we highly recommend!

Quality Granite was great to work with from the beginning. They were on time for every appointment from bid to template measuring to install. We had one issue when they showed up for the install, the installers found that some of the granite had broken in transit. This was a huge blow since we had the kitchen all taken apart ready for the install. Here is where Quality Granite really showed how great of a company they are! They called us shortly after the installers went back to the office and told us they had located the "sister" slab to our granite (the next piece in line so they would be similar) and it was already being worked on getting it down to their shop. They told us they would get that slab to their shop and re cut the broken piece and that they would be back later that same day to install it no matter what. Sure enough around 4pm they showed up with the new piece ready to go and they installed all the new counter tops. They did an amazing job and even with having to re cut a new piece they fulfilled their end and finished the day they told us. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, in fact I have family that will be contacting them soon to place their order.

Jorge and his team were great to work with. In the beginning there was an issue with the quartz slab. It was the wrong slab and it was flawed. Jorge recognized this and made sure the slab yard provided the correct slab. Unfortunately for Jorge he and his team had to rip out the first slab and replace it with the correct one. But in the end the wife is happy and Jorge is the hero. Our only suggestion is to insist that the customer is allowed to inspect the slab prior to the installation.

We are very happy with the Quality of workman ship this company does. We are very happy with our countertops. Will Refer family and friends to them.

Price and quality were excellent. The entire staff were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The installation was completed on time and looks absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Quality Granite to anyone considering new countertops.
